1. Qui est responsable de vos données

Peyros est développé par l'équipe Peyros, contact : privacy@peyros.com. Actuellement en phase de test, l'application n'est pas encore adossée à une société immatriculée.

2. Quelles données sont collectées

Peyros collecte le minimum nécessaire à son fonctionnement, jamais de donnée directement identifiante :

• Prénom ou pseudonyme (facultatif)
• Mois et année de naissance (jamais le jour exact)
• Pays (sans autre précision)
• Données de suivi du programme : séances réalisées, douleur déclarée, dates

Renseigner un prénom ou pseudonyme est entièrement volontaire ; votre participation à cette phase de test l'est également.

3. Pourquoi ces données sont collectées

• Faire fonctionner l'application (afficher votre programme, suivre votre progression)
• Vous permettre d'exporter une synthèse anonyme de votre observance à partager avec votre médecin
• Recueillir vos retours pendant cette phase de test pour améliorer l'application

4. Base légale

Le traitement repose sur votre consentement (article 6.1.a du RGPD/DSGVO), donné lors de votre première utilisation de l'application dans le cadre de cette phase de test.

5. Où vos données sont stockées

Toutes vos données restent exclusivement sur votre appareil. Peyros ne dispose d'aucun serveur : rien n'est envoyé, ni stocké dans un cloud, ni partagé avec un tiers.

Deux types d'export existent : la synthèse à partager avec votre médecin (anonyme, aucune donnée permettant de vous identifier), et une sauvegarde personnelle complète (Réglages → « Exporter mes données ») destinée à retrouver vos données en cas de réinstallation. Cette sauvegarde contient votre mois et année de naissance, votre pays, ainsi que l'historique de vos séances et douleurs déclarées, mais jamais votre prénom ou pseudonyme. Le fichier n'est pas chiffré : conservez-le dans un endroit sûr, sous votre seule responsabilité.

6. Combien de temps ces données sont conservées

Aussi longtemps que l'application est installée sur votre appareil. Vous pouvez à tout moment réinitialiser vos données depuis les réglages de l'application, ou les supprimer définitivement en désinstallant l'application. Les fichiers que vous avez exportés ne sont pas supprimés avec l'application : c'est à vous de les effacer.

7. Vos droits

Conformément au RGPD (DSGVO en Allemagne), vous disposez d'un droit d'accès, de rectification et d'effacement de vos données — que vous pouvez exercer directement depuis l'application (vos données étant sous votre seul contrôle), ou en nous contactant à privacy@peyros.com.

Vous pouvez retirer votre consentement à tout moment, sans que cela remette en cause la licéité du traitement effectué avant ce retrait.

Vous disposez également d'un droit de réclamation auprès d'une autorité de contrôle — pour les patients résidant à Berlin, la Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit (BlnBDI).

Peyros ne prend aucune décision automatisée vous concernant : l'application se limite à mettre en forme les indications de votre médecin.

8. Évolution de cette politique

Cette politique concerne la phase de test (bêta) de Peyros et pourra évoluer. La version en vigueur est toujours accessible depuis l'application et sur cette page.

Peyros erhebt nur die für den Betrieb notwendigen Mindestdaten, niemals direkt identifizierende Daten:

• Vorname oder Pseudonym (optional)
• Geburtsmonat und -jahr (nie der genaue Tag)
• Land (ohne weitere Angaben)
• Daten zur Programmverfolgung: durchgeführte Sitzungen, angegebene Schmerzen, Daten

Die Angabe eines Vornamens oder Pseudonyms ist vollständig freiwillig; ebenso Ihre Teilnahme an dieser Testphase.

3. Warum diese Daten erhoben werden

• Die Anwendung zum Laufen bringen (Ihr Programm anzeigen, Ihren Fortschritt verfolgen)
• Ihnen ermöglichen, eine anonyme Zusammenfassung Ihrer Therapietreue zu exportieren, die Sie mit Ihrem Arzt teilen können
• Ihr Feedback während dieser Testphase sammeln, um die Anwendung zu verbessern

4. Rechtsgrundlage

Die Verarbeitung beruht auf Ihrer Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO), die Sie bei der ersten Nutzung der Anwendung im Rahmen dieser Testphase erteilt haben.

5. Wo Ihre Daten gespeichert werden

Alle Ihre Daten verbleiben ausschließlich auf Ihrem Gerät. Peyros verfügt über keinen Server: Es wird nichts versendet, in einer Cloud gespeichert oder an Dritte weitergegeben.

Es gibt zwei Arten von Export: die Zusammenfassung zur Weitergabe an Ihren Arzt (anonym, keine Angaben, die Rückschlüsse auf Ihre Person zulassen) und eine vollständige persönliche Sicherung (Einstellungen → „Meine Daten exportieren“), mit der Sie Ihre Daten nach einer Neuinstallation wiederherstellen können. Diese Sicherung enthält Ihren Geburtsmonat und Ihr Geburtsjahr, Ihr Land sowie den Verlauf Ihrer Sitzungen und angegebenen Schmerzen, jedoch niemals Ihren Vornamen oder Ihr Pseudonym. Die Datei ist nicht verschlüsselt: Bewahren Sie sie an einem sicheren Ort auf, in Ihrer alleinigen Verantwortung.

6. Wie lange diese Daten aufbewahrt werden

So lange die Anwendung auf Ihrem Gerät installiert ist. Sie können Ihre Daten jederzeit über die Einstellungen der Anwendung zurücksetzen oder durch Deinstallation der Anwendung endgültig löschen. Dateien, die Sie exportiert haben, werden nicht zusammen mit der Anwendung gelöscht: Sie müssen sie selbst entfernen.

7. Ihre Rechte

Gemäß der DSGVO haben Sie ein Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung und Löschung Ihrer Daten — das Sie direkt über die Anwendung ausüben können (da Ihre Daten ausschließlich Ihrer eigenen Kontrolle unterliegen), oder indem Sie uns unter privacy@peyros.com kontaktieren.

Sie können Ihre Einwilligung jederzeit widerrufen, ohne dass dies die Rechtmäßigkeit der vor dem Widerruf erfolgten Verarbeitung berührt.

Sie haben außerdem ein Beschwerderecht bei einer Aufsichtsbehörde — für Patienten mit Wohnsitz in Berlin die Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit (BlnBDI).

Peyros trifft keine automatisierten Entscheidungen über Sie: Die Anwendung beschränkt sich darauf, die Angaben Ihres Arztes darzustellen.

8. Weiterentwicklung dieser Richtlinie

Diese Richtlinie betrifft die Testphase (Beta) von Peyros und kann sich weiterentwickeln. Die jeweils gültige Fassung ist stets über die Anwendung und auf dieser Seite abrufbar.

2. What data is collected

Peyros collects only the minimum necessary for it to work, never directly identifying data:

• First name or pseudonym (optional)
• Month and year of birth (never the exact day)
• Country (with no further detail)
• Program tracking data: sessions completed, reported pain, dates

Providing a first name or pseudonym is entirely voluntary; so is your participation in this testing phase.

3. Why this data is collected

• To make the application work (display your program, track your progress)
• To let you export an anonymous summary of your adherence to share with your doctor
• To collect your feedback during this testing phase to improve the application

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR/DSGVO), given the first time you use the application as part of this testing phase.

5. Where your data is stored

All your data stays exclusively on your device. Peyros has no server: nothing is sent, stored in a cloud, or shared with a third party.

Two kinds of export exist: the summary to share with your doctor (anonymous, no data that could identify you), and a full personal backup (Settings → “Export my data”) meant to let you recover your data after a reinstall. This backup contains your birth month and year, your country, and the history of your sessions and reported pain, but never your first name or pseudonym. The file is not encrypted: keep it somewhere safe, under your sole responsibility.

6. How long this data is kept

As long as the application is installed on your device. You can reset your data at any time from the application's settings, or delete it permanently by uninstalling the application. Files you have exported are not deleted along with the application: it is up to you to delete them.

7. Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR (DSGVO in Germany), you have the right to access, rectify, and erase your data — which you can exercise directly from the application (your data being under your sole control), or by contacting us at privacy@peyros.com.

You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before that withdrawal.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — for patients residing in Berlin, the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit (BlnBDI).

Peyros makes no automated decisions about you: the application is limited to formatting your doctor's instructions.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy concerns the testing phase (beta) of Peyros and may evolve. The version in effect is always accessible from the application and on this page.
